Grukmo is an AI trading assistant that provides educational and analytical tools, including market insight, setup analysis, risk planning, account features, subscriptions, and related website functionality.

You may use Grukmo only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

Grukmo is provided for informational, educational, and analytical purposes only. Grukmo does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. Nothing in the service should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset or to take any trading action. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should verify important information independently.

Grukmo uses AI systems that may generate incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misleading content. Market conditions can change quickly, and AI responses may not reflect real-time conditions or your personal financial situation. You acknowledge that use of AI-generated output is at your own risk.

You may use Grukmo only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems except where allowed by law, or use the platform to violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• use Grukmo for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity;
• submit malware, harmful code, or content intended to disrupt systems;
• scrape, copy, or resell the service in an unauthorized manner;
• exploit the service to manipulate markets or mislead others;
• attempt to bypass subscription limits, security controls, or account restrictions.

Some Grukmo features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your payment method according to the billing cycle you select. Subscription fees are generally billed in advance and may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the applicable billing terms.

Billing, renewals, refunds, failed payments, and cancellations may be handled by third-party payment processors or app store platforms. Your subscription may be suspended, downgraded, or terminated if payment cannot be collected. Any refund rights are subject to applicable law and the payment channel used for purchase.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Grukmo at any time, including features, pricing, plan limits, interface elements, model availability, or supported platforms. We may also impose usage limits to protect service quality, security, and operational integrity.

Grukmo and its related software, branding, visual assets, website content, and service features are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or any underlying rights, except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain responsibility for prompts, messages, uploads, and other content you submit to the service. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating, securing, supporting, and improving the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Grukmo may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, app stores, notification systems, or AI infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, products, or content beyond what is required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Grukmo, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay applicable fees, or if suspension is necessary for legal, operational, or security reasons.

Grukmo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and reliability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grukmo and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, trading gains, goodwill, data, business, or opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the service. Your use of the service and reliance on any output is at your own risk.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grukmo and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Grukmo after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating Grukmo, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
